How much is shipping?
We offer free tracked shipping on all orders.
How long does it usually take for an order to arrive?
Most vase orders are delivered within 2 weeks after dispatch.
Most pampas orders are delivered 3 weeks after dispatch.

Delivered 1-2 days after dispatch.
These delivery times can be longer due to COVID-19, lockdown in the UK & current high demand of our products, we are experiencing unusual delays in the processing/delivery times of our orders. See our Shipping Information page.
Why have I received only 1 product if I ordered more?
Please note: When pampas is ordered with a Silhouette Vase, they are sent separately due to the size and shape difference. (See our shipping information for more information)
If you don't receive all of your items at once... they are on the way!
I have ordered a Silhouette Poster with my order, will I receive them all at the same time?
The Silhouette Line Posters are delivered in 1-2 days after dispatch.
My shipment has been delayed, can I have a refund?
We do not offer refunds for delayed shipments unless it's been 50 days since you ordered.
I need to change my order?
Unfortunately, please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours after placing your order. If the order has been shipped, we can no longer make modifications to your order.
I gave you the wrong address?
Unfortunately, please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. Please email us at email@example.com explaining your situation and if we haven't shipped your order yet we can make the change! If your order has shipped but it's going to the wrong address we will send another order to you for free but you'll need to cover the shipping for that replacement order.
I didn't receive an Order Confirmation or Shipping Confirmation email?
Our store automatically sends out an Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation email after you place your order and when we put your order in the mail. If you didn't receive these emails, please check your Spam or Junk folder and add us as a contact to receive updates on your order.
If you still cannot find these emails, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send confirmations to you
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer secure shopping and accept payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit and debit card companies.
What is your refund policy?
Please note, we unfortunately cannot refund orders because of delayed shipping times unless it has been 50 days since you ordered.
