We are extremely confident that you will love items from Silhouette Vases. However if you do not find your order suitable for you we do offer a 30-day money back guarantee.
The product being returned must be in the same condition it was received in.
If you need to return your Silhouette Vase please email our team at email@example.com with your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your items.
Our Customer Service Team will then ask few mandatory questions regarding your return in order to for us to avoid people taking advantage of our system.
CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
On average we process our orders within 2 business days and unfortunately cannot typically make changes after an order has been placed. If you want to cancel or make any updates regarding your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if a modification can be made.
If you received a damaged item, please report to email@example.com with a photo that shows the damage of your product(s). Please include your order number in the email. A return of the damaged product is not needed.
To be eligible for a refund, you must return your order. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Note: Shipping fees (if any) and transaction fees are non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for delayed shipments unless it has been 50 days since you ordered.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that if the package doesn’t reach you after providing a wrong or incomplete address, we will not be held accountable and will not be able to offer a full refund of your order amount – you are responsible for providing clear and correct shipping & billing information upon placing an order.
In these situations, we are able to reship the item back to you, but only if you cover the shipping costs.
